How do I return an item purchased online?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please use our online return portal to generate a shipping label.

Currently, items purchased online must be returned to our central warehouse via mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in our physical retail locations.
